Well we can start with truck parking situation be ridiculous. They allow personal vehicles to pay for “permits” to park in free spots, forcing drivers to pay for reserved, make a spot or go somewhere else. Very annoying. The parking is also very tight almost impossible to park on side if cars are parked in the lot. The coffee station was stocked for creamers and sugars but not clean, actually very sticky and most of the coffee selections were out at 6:30am. Felt as though they didn’t care about morning drivers. The showers are new but weren’t cleaned very well. The sink area had I don’t know what on it, boogers on the shower walls very gross and the toilet was most definitely not cleaned. The rest of the store is actually well stocked and they have good customer service but wouldn’t opt to stop here ever again. I’ll spare them by not posting pictures but they should get better cleaning staff for sure.

A one-hour wait for a shower. There was only one person ahead of me when I checked in, yet I still had to wait an hour. It seemed like there was no one available to clean the restrooms. There is very little space, and—as is typical for Pilot—you have to pay for most of the parking spots. I recommend going to Love's instead; it's about 6 miles away and everything is much better there. You'll just be wasting your time here.

Every pilot station have sign saying they have pizza but lots of them don’t. I asked why you not making cheese pizza, they keep saying short stuffed. Drivers spending thousands of dollars buying gas , but you can’t simply make pizza for them. Sad

First of all the truck entrance has the sign for cars only. Then parking is very limited, always full. There is plenty of space around to get bigger. This is not NYC. Currently is under remodeling so it will probably look nice for a while
